We understand that in order to cut the cord on cable and use streaming services and other cable TV alternatives, you will need reliable internet access. In some cases, you may have to use the same company currently delivering TV to your house for internet access.

However, we are trying to save you money here. This page can show you which providers your area that offers at least 25 Mbps of download. This page also covers internet only offers from internet service providers across the U.S.

The providers listed are ones that offer enough speed to drop your TV provider and use your internet access to stream all your TV shows and movies.

Internet-Only Plans In Your Area

If you allowed access to  your browsers location data, you should see residential internet-only providers in your area below. Otherwise, you can search internet providers by zip code to see which internet providers are available near you. We do not store any location data; we simply use it to find internet providers near you.

Top Internet-Only Providers

Below are some of the largest internet providers that offer internet-only plans across the U.S.

Affordable Internet Service Without Cable

Today, people want to watch TV and movies online instead of having an expensive cable TV package. To make that affordable, we recommend trying to keep your internet cost per month below $60. As explained in our article “How Much Internet Speed Do You Need,” 50 Mbps will be more than enough for the majority of cord-cutters.

Below are internet-only plans in the U.S. that deliver affordable home internet service. I’ll also cover the states where each of these providers operates.

Verizon Fios Internet-Only Plans

fios

Fios a fantastic ISP, and we strongly recommend using them if they are available in your area. They offer an unbelievably priced 200 Mbps for $39.99.  They also offer near gigabit speed in their service area. Furthermore, Fios is one of a few remaining internet providers with no monthly data caps. Read my review of Fios Internet-only plans for more information on their internet service.
