We specialise in smartphone and tablet repair but can fix board issues on many other devices as well. Whether you have a cracked screen, need a battery changing or a more complicated issue like a broken connector or backlight problem we can help.
We operate a NO FIX, NO FEE policy so if we can’t fix your device the only cost to you would be the postage to send it to us and return it back to you (this excludes water damage repair).
All non-board level repairs are normally completed within 1-3 days. Board level/micro soldering repairs can take between 1-2 weeks depending on how busy we are.
All repairs carry a 6 MONTH WARRANTY!

Sent in an iPhone 8 Plus that I had accidentally caused some pry damaged too doing a full housing swap and sent it to GRN to have fixed. Come back fully working (battery wouldn’t go above 1%) and faster than stated. Will be using again with a couple other phone I have purchased that have issues that require some micro soldering. Thanks again for all the help.
I have used them 3 times now for replacement screens on my daughters iPad ( over a period of years ) and the service I have received is just 5*, they have replaced the damaged screens in a couple of hours and have done a fantastic job each time, with no glue residue showing ( like some other company’s ) and it’s come back looking like new and impossible to tell it’s even been repaired I don’t go anywhere else now, I would totally recommend
Took my broken IPod Classic here and James replaced the broken hard drive with a more reliable SD card instead. Brilliant! And less expensive than others charge for a replacement hard drive. Thank you!

After taking my iPhone 6s to 3 different ‘repair‘ shops including Apple themselves and being told the phone can’t be fixed, I found GRN so with nothing to lose I sent it off expecting the same result. I was told estimated repair time was 2-4 weeks. However just over a week later I received an email saying it had been repaired and I had been invoiced. To add to the excellent service all data is still on my phone. Very happy to have my phone back and working. Thanks guys, a company I will highly recommend

I took my lads iPhone to a local repairer who couldn’t do the job but rather than admit it, fobbed me off with stories about expensive machines that were’nt here in the UK and recommended I cut my losses and bin the phone.They just were’nt the experts GRN are. Wow!…now I admit it may take a while to get your gadget back. This is no overnight repair but they do it in their own time and do it properly. I’m no expert but I think they’ve managed to re route and solder approximately 10 connections (if not more) in the space of approximately 1/2mm square! The communication was good and rather than fix and send, they contacted me regarding some other tests they’d carried out and that further repairs were needed before they’d be content to send the unit back….that was fine by me. Trust me, these guys are brilliant. You may not get it back quick (unless you buy the express service) but you’ll get it back fixed. There’s a reason why they’re busy….it’s because, they’re good!
I repair iPhones/ipads all the time and this is the company I send any repairs to that are beyond my capabilities, fair prices, good service and I’ve never sent them one that they can’t fix, great company and great service!! ???

fantastic service. I thought it was over for my phone which just would not switch on one day. I had not backed it up recently and would have lost many photos etc. I tried spare batteries and screens myself with no luck. Gadget Repair Nottingham were very efficient and sorted out the problem without any problems. it was a short on the mother board. There are very few companies that can fix such a thing. I used the 20 pound speed service option which was great. Have told my friends about this and will definitely use again.

Had an iPhone 6 with no display which was sent in for repair. Various issues with the phone meant that it was sent back and forth a couple of times and took several months from beginning to end. To his credit James eventually sorted out all the faults to full satisfaction within a reasonable price not too much higher than what was originally quoted for and didn’t even charge for the final return postage. All queries were responded to swiftly and positively and most importantly the phone is fixed so therefore can happily recommend his service. Thank you!

Brilliant service! iPhone 6+ touch IC chip repaired completely and quicker than quoted. After several visits to alternative repair shops, who had tried to replace the screen on my iPhone 6+, when all I needed was a chip replacement I emailed Gadget Repair Nottingham. They diagnosed the problem instantly and were efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I hope I won’t be in need of a phone repair again any time soon but I would go back in future, and would happily recommend!

Hands down James is the best repair man in Nottingham area. I’m from the U.S. and had to ship my phone internationally to get my backlight issue resolved. I recommend taking his “Express Service” to get a faster turn around if you want your phone back asap. Very reasonable prices as well. So.. I took my iPhone 6plus to a well known local shop, “Apple repair co” just off of lakes road, a few days of “testing” and the outcome was beyond economic repair! Although I was not charged for this service, they did however offer to purchase my phone from me for “spares” I politely declined, and said I had found a micro soldering specialist in Nottingham, to which the member of staff said “oh yes we use those regularly”Thus meaning my phone would have been sold for raw profit, once mended.Upon sending it to gadget repair Nottingham for the price of 47.50 my £600 iPhone is fully functional again price was quoted and didn’t change service was professional and fast (was pre warned at every stage of a slight backlog)Very happy customer 🙂
Fantastic repair service on my iPhone. I caused pry damage to the phone whilst replacing the battery. The phone was received by Gadget Repair on Friday returned to me on Tuesday all working again, great job.

Took ipad air to three different companies back home in northern ireland was told to take to apple and pay 185 and hand ipad in to get a reconditioned one which did nt sit well with wife sent it in to GRN fixed for literally fraction of that. Thrilled to get ipad working again with all my stuff on it top class service would not go by them
