The typical job duties of a computer forensic analyst involve the examination of electronic equipment ranging from basic USB flash drives to entire enterprise IT infrastructures. Traditionally, this process was undertaken to acquire evidence in a legal investigation, but computer forensic analysts can now be found working in many industries and under many circumstances.
